Booking & Studio Policies

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event of a no-show or a cancellation/rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please make all cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Grace Period
A 6-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arriving more than 6 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late.

Guest Policy
Due to the limited size of our studio, only the client receiving the service may be in the treatment room. Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment for every client.
